Practiced in telecommunication, real estate, arbitration, merger & acquisition, tax, commercial transactions, contracts drafting, advisory, and litigation.  Prior to his private practice, he has been working as an Executive Vice President (law) in PTCL assisted and handled all type of legal issues including drafting of commercial agreements and contracts, advised fixed-line and LDI licenses issues, arbitration, tax, commercial transactions, merger, and acquisition, telecom projects and regularly appearing before regulatory bodies (PTA, SECP, and CCP), etc. He had been awarded Business Excellency Award by PTCL management for his outstanding business contribution to Company. During his employment, he was honored to be a member of the submarine cable “Sea- Me- We -4” Consortium of 16 countries leading telco operators for more than a decade on behalf of PTCL and also acted as chairman of I&ASC of Sea -Me- We- 4 consortium of submarine cable. He played a significant role in the privatization of PTCL and the Telecom De-regulation Policy of 2003.

Syed Ahsen Zaidi has over 40 years of experience in field of telecommunication, Cryptology and software engineering. He Graduated from University of Sciences and technology Lahore in 1986 in telecommunication Engineering. He attained his Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from University of South Wales, Sydney, Australia in 1998. He has vast research experiences in field of cryptology and Computer. Presently he is serving in Mobilink.
